Why do you need local IPs for Vinted?

Vinted isn’t one marketplace — it’s two dozen national ones behind a shared brand, and the platform routes you by the geography of your address. vinted.fr, vinted.de, vinted.it and the rest carry different inventory at different prices, and that separation is enforced, not cosmetic: query the German catalog from a French address and category filters, pricing, and shipping data come back inconsistent; hit it from a US address and you often get a silent redirect or empty results. For a reseller the whole edge lives in this gap — the same item can run 50% cheaper on vinted.es than vinted.it, and the flip is buying where it’s underpriced and selling where it isn’t. Seeing that spread cleanly means holding an IP inside each market you compare, with the interface language matched to the address so the request reads like a local shopper rather than a tourist.

The second reason is survival. Vinted runs DataDome, and it flags datacenter ranges almost on contact — a plain script hitting the internal catalog endpoint tends to eat a 403 inside one or two requests, and even a real browser through a cloud IP rarely clears fifty. Rate limits are counted per IP per country backend, so there’s no single lever to pull: each national market needs its own slice of the pool, paced humanely — jittered gaps of a second or two, a longer pause every fifty-odd requests — with a session held on one address long enough to keep its accepted cookie alive before rotating. A distributed pool is what turns “fifty requests then blocked” into continuous coverage. Our packages come as a European country mix built for exactly this map, and the 3 free list refreshes every 30 days retire addresses as they wear out.

Honest scope: this is monitoring infrastructure for public catalog data, and Vinted’s terms don’t welcome automated access, so keep the collection to public listings at a considerate pace and treat prices as market intelligence, not content to copy. Selling accounts are a different, harder problem — DataDome’s ban reaches down to a hardware fingerprint, not just the IP — and no proxy alone rehabilitates a flagged device.

I use proxies for online games. I have been using the service for many months and I am satisfied with the quality and efficiency. Proxies work as they should and there are practically no disconnects. I recommend it, you will not regret it!

FD Felix Drechsler July 2025

Like the service! Responsive and fast support, affordable prices, convenient renewal panel and network selection. Just what I need!

KV Kornev Vitalii February 2026

I used the service for social networking. At first I bought it for a month, but now I will definitely renew it because the quality is really good! I am very glad that I finally found a really cool service!

RC Ryan Cooper March 2026

Proxies do not fail, and at this price it is a great gift. I buy them when I need them, usually once every few months. There have been a few minor glitches but the support here is above all praise. Responsive, kind, understanding and fast. All issues were resolved promptly. It is very nice to work with true professionals.

Can I use one French IP to check every Vinted country?

No, and trying is the classic beginner mistake. Vinted treats each national domain as a separate backend and routes by your IP’s geography: a French address querying vinted.de returns content, but with category filters, pricing, and shipping data that quietly don’t match what a German shopper sees — and a mismatched interface language makes the request look stranger still. For arbitrage the entire point is comparing what each local market actually shows, so you need an address inside each country you price: a German IP for vinted.de, an Italian one for vinted.it, and so on. A European country mix gives you all of them from one package; group the addresses by market in your crawler.

My scraper hits the catalog endpoint and gets 403 instantly. Why?

You’ve met DataDome, Vinted’s bot layer, and it decided before reading your headers. Two things trigger the instant 403: a datacenter IP (cloud ranges like AWS, OVH, and Hetzner are flagged on sight) and a TLS fingerprint that doesn’t look like a real browser — a bare Python client is identifiable by its handshake alone. Fixing the address is necessary but not the whole job: pair country-matched IPs with a browser-grade fingerprint, human pacing with jitter, and session reuse — once a DataDome cookie is accepted on an address, keep that session for the fifty-to-a-couple-hundred requests it allows before rotating, rather than switching IPs every call.

Deep pagination breaks and I get duplicates. What’s going on?

This is the subtle trap that follows the obvious blocking one. Vinted’s catalog cursor expires after a few minutes, and rate limits are counted per IP rather than per session — so if you rotate addresses too aggressively mid-crawl to dodge limits, you lose cursor continuity and restart from page one, duplicating everything. Deep pages (roughly page ten and beyond) also draw extra verification. The balance that works: hold one address per country session long enough to keep the cursor valid, pace within that session so you don’t hit the per-IP ceiling, and checkpoint your position so an expired cursor resumes instead of restarting. It’s a pacing problem more than a proxy-count problem.

Will a proxy stop my seller account from getting banned?

Only the network-linkage part of the risk, and Vinted’s enforcement runs deeper than that. Its permanent bans (the SS06 code) key off a hardware fingerprint, not just an IP, and its IP intelligence flags most commercial VPN ranges outright — so a shared VPN exit is worse than useless. What a dedicated ISP address genuinely does is give one account a stable, consumer-registered origin that isn’t shared with strangers, which removes the shared-IP signal that groups linked profiles. It does not rehabilitate an already-banned device, and it doesn’t override the account-level triggers — counterfeit reports, commercial-seller detection, payment disputes — that cause most terminations. A clean address is one input among many, not an immunity card.
