This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a contract between you and PapaProxy.net (“we,” “us”). It covers your use of the https://papaproxy.net website and your account. The detailed service rules live in our Terms of Use.
By using the website or purchasing our services, you agree to this Agreement, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use PapaProxy.net.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use our services. If you use the services on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that company to this Agreement, and “you” then refers to the company.
PapaProxy.net sells datacenter and ISP proxy services and provides the website, Dashboard, and support that go with them. What you can and cannot do with the proxies — including prohibited activities, bandwidth fair use, refunds, and replacement rules — is set out in the Terms of Use and the Guarantees and refund policy. Those documents are part of your agreement with us.
The website and its content are provided “as is.” We work to keep the site available at all times, but we can’t promise uninterrupted operation — especially where the cause is outside our control (force majeure, upstream outages, or actions of third parties).

The content of this website (text, guides, images, code samples) belongs to PapaProxy.net unless stated otherwise. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes and quote it elsewhere with attribution and a link to the source. We are not responsible for the accuracy of materials quoted from third-party sources.
You are responsible for the content you post or share and for how you use our services. We are not liable for third-party services, for differences between what you expected and what a lawful use of the service delivers, or for indirect damages — the full limitation of liability is set out in our Limitation of liability and warranty disclaimers, which is part of this Agreement.
Where the law requires us to, we will provide information about users to authorized government bodies.
You can stop using the services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement or the Terms of Use, as described in the Terms of Use. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (liability limits, payment obligations) survive it.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. The current version is always available on this page; the “Last updated” date below reflects the latest revision. For material changes, we will notify you by email or through your Dashboard. Your continued use of the services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Agreement.
