We sell only datacenter proxies that operate in full compliance with the law, and we firmly oppose their use for any of the illegal activities proxies are sometimes associated with.

We monitor compliance with our terms of use and shut down illegal activity, but we can’t always detect a violation the moment it happens.

If you have information about any illegal use of our proxy servers — including attacks on your website from our servers (DDoS, spam, abusive scraping, etc.) or a social media account hacked from IP addresses provided by our company — please contact us right away by email at [email protected] or by submitting a support ticket.

Once we receive your report, we will review the information and take immediate action against anyone violating our terms of service.
