If you have information about any illegal use of our proxy servers — including attacks on your website from our servers (DDoS, spam, abusive scraping, etc.) or an account compromised via our IP addresses — please contact us right away by email at [email protected] or by submitting a support ticket.

To help us act quickly, please include: the IP address(es) involved, timestamps in UTC, and relevant log excerpts or evidence (headers, screenshots). Reports with complete logs are typically processed within 24 hours.

Once we receive your report, we will review the information and take immediate action against anyone violating our Terms of Use.
