Static ISP Proxies

ISP proxies, also known as static residential proxies, use IPv4 addresses registered to consumer ISPs and hosted on our server infrastructure. Websites see an ISP-registered residential IP, while you get speeds of up to 500 Mbps per proxy and unlimited bandwidth.

What makes an ISP proxy static?

The IP belongs to an ASN (autonomous system) operated by a consumer internet provider, so IP databases and anti-fraud systems classify it as a residential connection. But instead of living on someone's router, the IP is hosted on server infrastructure in a data center and reserved for you for the entire plan term: it never changes on its own, doesn't depend on an end user's Wi-Fi, and delivers server-grade performance. That combination makes these some of the fastest static residential proxies available — up to 500 Mbps per proxy with 99.9% uptime. Every plan supports HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS4, and SOCKS5. To use SOCKS5, simply select it in your software — no separate plan is required.

ISP plans start at $33/month, compared with $19/month for datacenter proxy packages. The price difference primarily reflects the IP's origin: sites that filter by network type see a provider address rather than a hosting range, and the address stays yours without rotation — which is what makes even cheap ISP proxies worth it for accounts, ad platforms, marketplaces, and long authenticated sessions. No IP type makes you undetectable, though: your results still depend on your behavior, request pacing, and browser fingerprint. And if the target website doesn't check the IP's network type, don't overpay — datacenter proxy packages start at $0.07 per IP/month, compared with $0.25 per IP/month for ISP proxies.

Meet PapaProxy.net

A bulk IPv4 proxy service built by engineers, not marketers.

PapaProxy.net was founded in 2019 by an engineer who needed reliable bulk proxies at a reasonable price. That shaped our core principle: invest in technology and infrastructure rather than advertising, and pass the savings on to customers.

We use our own hardware and automation instead of rented servers and manual processes. That's how we keep prices below market without sacrificing stability. Real people handle support tickets and live chat, and most payment methods require no KYC.

They are cheap and their proxies are stable. Immediately I got help and all questions are answered. They do not lose their servers during the entire signing period and their speed is also good. Website navigation is user-friendly. Additionally, their promotional sales of SOCKS4 proxies, offering great deals on both individual and bulk purchases, make them an excellent choice for anyone looking for quality and affordability.

K Kenneth May 2025

The proxies are not bad. I have not had any problems with their work since I have been using them for three months. Data collection speed is good and I have not had any interruptions yet. I use the rebates I receive for prolonging my proxy for the next month.

AW Alex Wallace November 2025

The proxy speed, while not cosmic, is tolerable. It is fully consistent with the low price, which is also great. I would also like to thank the team for their respectful customer service. Thank you very much.

S Simon October 2025

A quality service offering good proxies. There was one problem once: I was mistakenly charged for one more month of service. I had to contact support to deal with this situation. The money was returned. I give them a ten for their speed.

Frequently asked questions

Are ISP proxies the same as static residential proxies?

Yes — the two names describe one product, from two angles. "ISP" points to the origin: the IP belongs to an ASN operated by a consumer ISP, so IP databases classify it as a residential connection. "Static residential" points to the behavior: unlike a classic residential node, the address doesn't live on someone's home device and doesn't change — it's hosted on server infrastructure and reserved for you.

The result is a combination that neither datacenter nor rotating residential proxies offer: residential-level IP trust with server-grade speed and stability.

How are ISP proxies different from datacenter and rotating residential proxies?

From datacenter proxies — by the IP's origin. A datacenter address belongs to a hosting company, and sites that filter by network type treat it with suspicion; an ISP address carries a consumer provider's ASN and passes those filters as a residential connection. Speed is identical — both types run on our hardware.

From rotating residential proxies — by stability. A classic residential node is someone else's home device: the connection fluctuates, the address changes, and bandwidth is usually billed by the gigabyte. ISP proxies give you a static IP with unlimited bandwidth, priced per IP. The takeaway is simple: need a permanent residential IP — ISP; need the maximum number of unique IPs for short requests — rotating proxies; need the best price per IP at speed — datacenter packages.

Will my IP ever change?

Not on its own — every address is reserved for you for the entire plan term and won't change without your explicit action. That's the core of the product: accounts, authenticated sessions, and IP whitelisting rules remain tied to the same IP, and nothing breaks mid-run. A list refresh exists as a manual tool for when you want a change: once every eight days, you can refresh your proxy list at no charge from your Dashboard. If you don't request a refresh, the IPs remain unchanged for the entire paid term.

If your use case calls for the opposite — a constantly changing IP — that's not what ISP proxies are for: see rotating proxies, which issue a new address on every request.

How can I verify an IP is a real ISP address and not a relabeled datacenter one?

Check the ASN. Take the proxy's IP and look it up in any whois/ASN service (for example, ipinfo.io): a genuine ISP address is associated with an ASN operated by a consumer internet provider, while a datacenter IP marketed as an ISP proxy is associated with a cloud or hosting company.

For a second opinion, check IP intelligence databases such as MaxMind or IP2Location: a genuine ISP proxy is classified as residential or ISP rather than hosting. Third-party IP databases may disagree, so check more than one source.

Can I try ISP proxies before buying?

Yes. Configure an ISP plan with the locations, IP quantity, authentication method, and add-ons you need, then purchase it for a 48-hour trial. You can test the actual ISP addresses, speed, stability, and target-site compatibility before extending the same service for a standard term.

The plan is also covered by our guarantee: if the addresses aren't a fit for your use case, we'll refund your payment within 24 hours of purchase, no questions asked.
