Data Engineer (Mid-level) | Remote, Full-time

We're looking for a driven mid-level Data Engineer to help us build trustworthy, scalable data infrastructure as PapaProxy grows. High-quality data is fundamental to how we operate, monitor, and improve our network — and you'll work closely with engineering and product teams to help them solve real data problems.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and own ETL pipelines that turn raw and disparate data sources into clean, reliable datasets
• Write efficient, well-structured SQL for extraction, transformation, and reporting
• Develop data processing scripts and automation in Python
• Improve data quality, consistency, and monitoring across internal systems
• Work with engineering and product teams to refine data sources as the platform evolves
• Communicate clearly, ask good questions, and collaborate on solving data challenges under real deadlines

What you bring

• 2-4 years of experience in a data engineering role, with a focus on pipelines and data modeling
• Solid experience with SQL (query optimization, schema design)
• Strong Python skills for data processing and automation
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools and techniques
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-moving environment
• Working hours with reasonable overlap with our team's timezone (UTC+1 / CET)
• Fluent English (our working language)
• Bonus: experience with infrastructure, networking, or proxy/data-related products

Technical Support Specialist (Tier 1) | Remote, Full-time

As PapaProxy grows, so does our user base — and they need fast, knowledgeable help to get the most out of our proxy network. We're looking for a first-line Technical Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for our customers, resolving setup and connectivity questions and making sure every user has a smooth experience.

What you'll do

• Be the first line of support for customers via tickets, email, and live chat — responding quickly and clearly
• Help users set up and troubleshoot proxies across different tools, browsers, and protocols (HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS5)
• Diagnose connectivity, authentication, and configuration issues, and escalate complex cases to the technical team
• Guide customers through account, billing, and subscription questions
• Document common issues and contribute to our help center and internal knowledge base
• Share recurring customer pain points with product and engineering to improve the service

What you bring

• 1+ year in a technical support, customer support, or help desk role (experience with proxies, VPNs, networking, or SaaS is a strong plus)
• A solid understanding of how proxies, IP addresses, and basic networking work — or the drive to learn fast
• Ability to explain technical concepts simply and patiently
• Fluent English, written and spoken (our working language); additional languages are a bonus
• Well-organized and responsive, able to manage multiple tickets without losing quality
• Willingness to work in shifts / with reasonable overlap with our team's timezone (UTC+1 / CET)

Affiliate & Partnerships Manager | Remote, Full-time

PapaProxy already works with affiliates and partners who bring us customers worldwide — and we want to turn that channel into a real growth engine. We're looking for an Affiliate & Partnerships Manager to own and scale our partner program end-to-end: recruiting new partners, supporting existing ones, and building the kind of relationships that drive long-term revenue.

What you'll do

• Own and grow PapaProxy's affiliate and partnership program from end to end
• Recruit new affiliates, resellers, and integration partners — from outreach to onboarding
• Build strong relationships with existing partners and help them succeed and sell more
• Negotiate commission structures, deals, and co-marketing activities
• Work with marketing to create partner-facing materials, landing pages, and campaigns
• Track partner performance, payouts, and ROI, and report on what's working
• Spot new partnership channels — review sites, communities, tool integrations, and niche media

What you bring

• 2+ years in affiliate management, partnerships, business development, or performance marketing (experience in proxies, VPN, hosting, SaaS, or IT is a strong plus)
• A track record of growing a partner or affiliate channel and hitting revenue targets
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with affiliate platforms, tracking, and basic analytics
• A self-starter who can own a channel independently in a remote environment
• Fluent English (our working language); additional languages are a bonus
