Start free trialSeychelles datacenter IPv4 — a rare offshore geo that few providers stock, up to 500 Mbps per proxy, from $0.08 per IP/month.
The Seychelles is better known as a jurisdiction than as a market: a small island nation outside the EU and the US whose IP space rarely shows up in proxy catalogs. That rarity is most of the value. Because few providers carry Seychelles ranges, far fewer customers have worked these addresses, and competition for the geo is low — an IP here typically arrives with less accumulated history than a US or German one. The second draw is neutrality: for workflows where the jurisdiction of the exit point matters, a Seychelles address gives you an exit that is neither EU nor US. We’ll be honest about the limits, too — there’s little local e-commerce to monitor, so this geo is almost never bought for local storefronts. It’s bought for what the address is, not for what it can reach nearby.
Every IP in these packages is classified as Seychelles in MaxMind — the geolocation database most websites read first — and answers over HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS4, and SOCKS5 with unlimited bandwidth. Packages start at 100 IPs for $19/month and scale to $0.08 per IP/month at 5,000 IPs; if you only need one or two stable addresses, dedicated Seychelles proxies are sold individually from $3.50 per IP/month on the dedicated proxies page. Quote your volume in the calculator above; specs are in the adjacent panel.

A few service metrics—and feedback from our customers.
Proxies last a long time, work steadily and without crashing. Quality of service is at the highest level. Rated 5.
Mostly all is normal; there is a percentage of defective proxies, but it is not critical. It is great that technical support is always in touch and, in case of a bad proxy, they change it for a working one. Additionally, I found it very convenient to use proxy services with sellers in Russia, ensuring consistent performance and quick support when needed.
I took proxies for Ukraine. I need proxy servers for my social networks. The admins advised me how to use proxies effectively in order not to ban my accounts. The proxies themselves work well and the prices are as adequate as possible.
They work with programs that require proxies all the time. The servers bought on this site justify their price by 100%. I have not noticed any slowdowns in loading sites, although the speed is not super high. Everything works fine and stable. The only thing I would like to see on this website is buying proxies for a shorter time period. I, for example, need servers for a couple of days only.

Almost never for local websites — the domestic market is tiny, and we won’t pretend otherwise. The geo gets bought for three reasons. Jurisdiction: a request origin outside the EU and the US, for workflows where that classification matters. Rarity: few providers stock Seychelles ranges, so the addresses see far less prior scraping traffic and typically carry a cleaner reputation. And coverage testing: checking how a service, ad system, or geo-restriction behaves for visitors from an uncommon location. One boundary worth stating plainly — the exit jurisdiction doesn’t exempt you from a target site’s terms or from the law that applies to you.
Seven tiers: 100 IPs at $19/month, 200 at $34, 300 at $45, 500 at $69, 1,000 at $99, 3,000 at $249, and 5,000 at $399 — at the top tier that works out to $0.08 per IP/month. Every package includes unlimited bandwidth and all four protocols on every address, and the list is delivered automatically after payment. Pick your volume in the calculator at the top of the page.
Every address answers over HTTP, HTTPS (full CONNECT support), SOCKS4, and SOCKS5 — you pick the protocol in your software, not at checkout. Authentication is username/password or IP whitelisting, both managed in the Dashboard. Speeds run up to 500 Mbps per proxy with 99.9% uptime — a rare geo doesn’t mean a slow one; these are the same datacenter packages as our mainstream locations.
We verify geolocation against MaxMind — the default reference most websites read. For a less common geo like the Seychelles, third-party databases disagree somewhat more often than for the US or Germany, so check a disputed address in more than one lookup tool before writing it off. Beyond that, the standard rules apply: refresh your proxy list up to 3 times within 30 days at no charge, and you have 24 hours after purchase to request a replacement or refund if the package isn’t a fit for your use case.
Packages draw from a shared pool and are priced by IP count — the entry point is 100 addresses, and the per-IP price falls as volume grows, down to $0.08/month. Dedicated proxies are sold individually from 1 IP at $3.50 per IP/month and are reserved exclusively for you, so no other customer’s activity touches the address. For a jurisdiction-driven use case that needs one or two long-lived addresses rather than volume, dedicated is usually the right option — details on the dedicated proxies page.
