Start free trialDatacenter IPv4 in the United Arab Emirates — the Gulf’s commercial hub for e-commerce and ad checks across MENA, up to 500 Mbps per proxy, from $0.14 per IP/month.
The Emirates are where Gulf commerce concentrates. Noon and Amazon.ae run the region’s biggest storefronts, and both localize hard: dirham prices, delivery promises, and seller mixes render for visitors they read as Emirati and flatten into a generic international view for everyone else. That’s the core workload for this geo — price and assortment monitoring on the local marketplaces — followed closely by ad verification: campaigns for the MENA region are typically managed out of Dubai, and confirming that a creative, a landing page, or a price tier actually shows for the Gulf audience means looking at it from a UAE address. Arabic-language content and the regional versions of global services follow the same rule: the local rendering appears only to local IPs.
One thing worth stating plainly: some global services restrict VoIP calling for users in the UAE. That’s a property of local internet regulation, not of any proxy — what our addresses give you is the view from the UAE for testing and verification, which is exactly what the use cases above need. The packages are Emirati datacenter IPv4: every address answers over HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS4, and SOCKS5, and geolocates to the UAE in MaxMind — the database most websites and anti-fraud systems rely on. The UAE is also one of the four countries behind the Asia mix. Pricing starts from $0.14 per IP/month on the 500-IP package, up to 500 Mbps per proxy — quote in the calculator above, specs in the adjacent panel.

A few service metrics—and feedback from our customers.
This is a very convenient website with a great choice of proxies. The servers do not flit, I can choose the desired geo and I don't need to feel anxious about it. I can subscribe for a long term and forget about constant screenings.
The site has an intuitive interface that is easy and pleasant to work with. All the proxies are fast and stable enough. As for the prices, they are quite reasonable for me.
Out of a hundred proxies some failed, but the workers of the service have quickly replaced them. I am very much pleased with the servers speed. I use it for targeting in social networks and all my accounts are safe and sound. My personal recommendation.
The website tech support is working 24/7, which is important. The answer is almost instantly.

Mostly commerce and advertising. Sellers and analysts monitor Noon and Amazon.ae — dirham prices, Buy Box movements, delivery promises, and search positions render fully only for visitors the platforms read as local. Agencies verify MENA campaigns from the audience’s side: geo-targeted creatives, localized landing pages, and regional price tiers. A third group checks Arabic-language content and the Gulf versions of global services — app stores, streaming catalogs, news — as an Emirati user sees them. All of these are read-only verification jobs, and a UAE exit IP is the tool that makes them observable.
Four sizes: 100 IPs for $19/month, 200 for $34, 300 for $45, and 500 for $69 — about $0.14 per IP on the largest package. The specs don’t change with size: unlimited bandwidth, up to 500 Mbps per proxy, 99.9% uptime, and delivery automatically after payment. Pick a size in the calculator at the top of the page — checkout runs straight from there.
Every address answers over HTTP, HTTPS (full CONNECT support), SOCKS4, and SOCKS5 — you pick the protocol in your software, not at checkout. Authentication works either way: whitelist up to five source IPs in the Dashboard, or use username/password credentials where whitelisting is impractical. The list arrives automatically after payment and works in anything with a proxy field — browsers, scrapers, anti-detect tools.
Two mechanisms. Within the first 24 hours, a money-back guarantee covers the order if the package doesn’t work out. After that, you can refresh the proxy list up to three times within 30 days at no charge — useful when a target site has already seen too much of a particular range. One note on geolocation: packages are assembled by countries as MaxMind records them, and other IP databases update on their own schedules, so an individual address may temporarily show a different country elsewhere.
500 is the largest standard UAE package. Past that, two routes: the Asia mix blends the Emirates with China, Pakistan, and Kazakhstan in larger packages — the right call when the job needs a regional vantage rather than one flag — or a custom Country mix where you choose the geos yourself. If every address must be Emirati, contact support: we’ll check current pool capacity and quote a custom size.
