Proxy Restrictions

To specify the data of a proxy server in the Opera browser, you need to follow the algorithm below:

Open the browser.
Click on the Opera icon in the upper left corner.
Go to "Settings".
Select the "Advanced" option.
Scroll down to the "System" tab.
Click "Open proxy settings for computer".
Click on "Network settings".
Activate the "Use a proxy server" option.
In the tab that opens, specify the IP address of the proxy server. The address must be entered in the field of the protocol to which the proxy server belongs. You can get this information from your proxy provider. Click "OK" to save your settings.

In the main window of the program, select "Advanced", then "Options". In the "Basic" section, there is the "Proxy settings" item. Click on "Configuration" and enter the server address, port number, protocol type used and so on.

Proxies in Instagram are most often used for two purposes. The first is to bypass access blocking. The second is to avoid being banned when working with several accounts at once. The latter, as a rule, is used when arbitrating traffic, when launching massive advertising campaigns, which allows you not to worry about possibly getting a permanent ban.

Disable proxy settings in Windows:

Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog.

Type "inetcpl.cpl" (without quotes) and press Enter to open the Internet Properties window.

In the Internet Properties window, click on the "Connections" tab.

Click on "Lan settings" in the bottom right corner of the window.

In the "Proxy Server" section, select "Automatically detect settings" and uncheck the box for "Use a proxy server for your LAN."

Click "OK" to save the changes and close the window.

Connect your computer to a functioning router, then open any browser, go to the settings and enable manual configuration. Specify the IP, gateway with DNSI and subnet mask in the appropriate fields. In the "Home network" tab, under "Computers", go to "IPMP Proxy" and turn off this function. Under "System", click on the gear symbol, and under "Components", specify the Proxy UDP HTTP utility and click "Refresh".
