It is recommended to use third-party programs that allow redirecting all traffic through a proxy server. For example, ProxyDroid, EveryProxy. It is not possible to use proxies through the regular menu. Although in phones from some manufacturers such possibility has been added.

2. Different Browser Profiles

3. Synchronization Issues

Elements might not be fully loaded or rendered when WebDriver tries to locate them. Add proper synchronization mechanisms to wait for the page to be ready.

4. Browser Window Size

Ensure that the browser window size in Selenium WebDriver is suitable for the elements to be visible. Use the manage().window().maximize() method to maximize the browser window.

5. JavaScript Execution

Selenium IDE may execute JavaScript differently than WebDriver. If your website relies heavily on JavaScript, ensure that WebDriver handles JavaScript appropriately.

7. Browser Console Logs

Check the browser console logs for any error messages or warnings that might indicate issues with JavaScript or other resources.

9. Browser Extensions

10. Headless Mode

If Selenium IDE is running in headless mode, try running your WebDriver script in headless mode as well to replicate the environment.

If the issue persists after considering these points, you may want to inspect the HTML source of the page and compare it with the recorded script in Selenium IDE to identify any differences.

It depends on which browser you are using. In Opera, Chrome, Edge a proxy is configured at the level of the operating system itself. In Firefox in the settings there is a special item (in the "Privacy" section).

Technically, the ISP cannot block all VPN servers. But it is possible to block some of them. In this case, you can use any other VPN service. But you have to be careful with "free" ones, as they often make money from collecting and selling users' confidential data.

In Android to disable the proxy, you need to go to "Settings", then - "Connection and sharing", then - to "VPN". And then just deactivate the item.
