A VPN server address is an IP address or domain name through which you access the Internet. All traffic will be redirected through it. And the address is specified by the user, you can get it directly from the VPN-service, which provides such a service.

4. Click on "LAN settings" in the bottom right corner.
5. In the "Proxy Server" section, select "Automatically detect settings" and click "OK".
6. Close the Internet Properties window.

By setting the working directory to /usr/src/app and using it as the base directory for the Scrapy project, it helps keep the project files organized within the container. You can modify the Dockerfile according to your project structure and requirements.
