In Windows, proxy settings for local connections are made through the "Network and Sharing Center" (from the "Control Panel"). You need to select "Browser Properties", then go to "Connections" and click on "Network Setting". And there you can set either the script or the parameters for the proxy.

Start the program and add a template. Click on it twice to open a window. Here you need to specify the path to the file with the proxy and save the settings. Enter the following format in the file: HTTPS - 195.3.218.232:8000 - if the proxy is bound to your IP, or login:[email protected]:8000 - if you use a proxy with username and password authentication. Under "Settings" click on "Default", or fill everything in manually, and then confirm the changes you made.

Enter, depending on your network protocol, the IP address, the port and click on "OK". Open any website and in the window that appears, enter the proxy password and login, then click "Ok" again. A successful connection to the site means that the setup is successfully completed.
