In Android to disable the proxy, you need to go to "Settings", then - "Connection and sharing", then - to "VPN". And then just deactivate the item. Many phones also provide for automatic disabling of proxies and VPNs when the device is rebooted. 3. Use Selenium with C++ via External Libraries:

   • Another approach is to use C++ along with external libraries that can control browsers. For example, you might use C++ to control a headless browser like Chromium or automate interactions using browser automation libraries.

   Keep in mind that this approach may not provide the same level of abstraction and cross-browser compatibility as Selenium WebDriver.

Before choosing any of these options, carefully review the documentation, community support, and compatibility with your specific requirements. Since these projects are not officially supported by the Selenium project, they may have limitations and may not be as stable or feature-rich as Selenium WebDriver in other languages.

The easiest way is to install a program that redirects all traffic through a proxy server. And in iOS, this can be set up through the system settings. Some Android phones have a VPN item in the settings menu, which also allows you to use an individual proxy.

In the main window of the program, select "Advanced", then "Options". In the "Basic" section, there is the "Proxy settings" item. Click on "Configuration" and enter the server address, port number, protocol type used and so on.
