The proxy settings in Zoom are configured through the regular Windows settings. To do this, you can use the command inetcpl.cpl in "Run". A reverse proxy is mainly used by administrators and is responsible for balancing workload and high availability. The reverse proxy redirects received requests to one of its web servers. From the outside it is completely invisible and looks as if all required resources are concentrated directly in the proxy.

Deactivating the proxy on android is a reverse process. To do this, you will need to go back to the previous settings in the browser, if that is where you set the installation parameters. In the item "Change proxy status", namely in the ProxyDroid app, set the "Off" position.
