All modern Smart TVs allow you to use proxies to connect to the Internet or local network (both on Android and Tizen OS). You have to go to the device settings, open "Network" tab (can be named as "Ethernet"), and then in "Advanced settings" to activate the proxy, if necessary - specify its settings.

Proxy configuration on an iPhone refers to the process of setting up a proxy server to route your internet traffic through the proxy server. This can be useful for various reasons, such as improving security, privacy, or accessing content that may be restricted in your location.

To set up a proxy on your iPhone, follow these steps:

1. Open the "Settings" app on your iPhone.
2. Scroll down and tap on "Wi-Fi."
3. Ensure that you are connected to the Wi-Fi network for which you want to set up the proxy. If not, connect to the desired network.
4. Tap on the blue "i" next to the connected Wi-Fi network.

8. Enter the port number in the "Port" field.
9. If your proxy server requires a username and password, enter them in the "Username" and "Password" fields.
10. If your proxy server uses a different protocol (e.g., SOCKS), select the appropriate protocol from the "Proxy Server" dropdown menu.
11. Tap on "Wi-Fi" in the top left corner to save your changes and exit the settings.

After completing these steps, your iPhone will use the configured proxy server to route your internet traffic. Keep in mind that not all apps may respect the proxy settings, and some may require additional configuration or use a built-in VPN feature.

Open the Telegram app, and then go to "Settings. Find "Data and Drive", then tap "Proxy". Activate the "Use proxy" toggle switch, then select the desired option from the suggested list. The setting is successfully completed.

Before activating a proxy server in Opera, it is recommended that you clear your browsing history and cookies of sites. This is necessary to ensure that information about the computer is not transmitted during further connections. To do this, it is enough to follow the algorithm:

Open the browser.
Click on the opera icon in the upper left corner.
Hover your mouse cursor over the "History" item.
Use the option "Clear history of visits".
After that you need to specify parameters of the proxy server. To do this, perform the following actions:

Open your browser.
Click on the Opera icon in the top left corner.
Click on "Settings".
Select the "Advanced" option.
Scroll down to the "System" tab.
Click on "Open proxy settings for computer".
Click on "Network settings".
Activate the "Use a proxy server" option.
In the window that opens, specify the IP address of the proxy server. Enter the address in the field of the protocol to which the proxy server belongs. You can get this information from your provider.
Click "OK" to save your settings.

To check a proxy for blacklisting, it is necessary to use special tools developed for this purpose. Many proxy-checkers provide free online IP-address verification and provide detailed information related to the proxy servers security. To get it, just enter the IP address of the proxy and click on the "Verify" button.
