Find a working proxy and start installing it in the messenger. Telegram has bots that allow you to get several proxies for free, including @socks5_bot. When you launch it, once the location is selected, you'll get an IP address, port, username and password. Go through "Settings" to "Data and Disk" and then to "Proxy Settings" and enter the required data in the highlighted fields: server, port, username and password.

A proxy in data centers is usually a separate server that processes incoming requests and then distributes them to the submitted addresses (or IP). Also through the proxy it is possible to allocate a specific user a separate IP address for connection (for example, if he needs a virtual server).

Although free proxies are popular, they are far from being flawless in their work. Many of their IP addresses are blacklisted by popular resources, and the data transfer speed and stability are very unreliable. When choosing a proxy, keep in mind that the new version of IPv6 is not supported by most websites.
