Regular Windows functionality has a minimum of settings for proxies. Therefore, it is recommended to use third-party applications for this purpose. For example, Proxy Switcher or Proxifier. There you can not only set the server characteristics but also, for example, create a folder for packets of traffic that are transmitted through the local network.
If you want to access Instagram data, consider using the Instagram Graph API. However, note that the Graph API has limitations and may not provide access to all public content.
Here is an example using Python and the instagram_private_api library
from instagram_private_api import Client, ClientCompatPatch
# Replace 'your_username' and 'your_password' with your Instagram credentials
username = 'your_username'
password = 'your_password'
api = Client(username, password)
results = api.user_feed('instagram', count=10) # Replace 'instagram' with the target account username
for post in results['items']:
media_id = post['id']
comments = api.media_n_comments(media_id, count=5) # Replace 5 with the desired number of comments to retrieve
for comment in comments['comments']:
print(comment['user']['username'] + ': ' + comment['text'])
api.logout()
To emulate mouse wheel scrolling and keystrokes in Selenium WebDriver with Node.js, you can use the Actions class to perform these actions. Here's an example that demonstrates scrolling and sending keystrokes:
const { Builder, By, Key } = require('selenium-webdriver');
(async function example() {
// Create a new instance of the WebDriver
const driver = await new Builder().forBrowser('chrome').build();
try {
// Navigate to a webpage
await driver.get('https://example.com');
// Perform mouse wheel scrolling
await driver.actions().move({ x: 0, y: 0 }).sendKeys(Key.PAGE_DOWN).perform();
await driver.sleep(1000); // Sleep for 1 second to see the effect
// Perform keystrokes in an input field
const inputField = await driver.findElement(By.css('input[type="text"]'));
await inputField.sendKeys('Hello, this is some text.');
await driver.sleep(1000); // Sleep for 1 second to see the effect
} finally {
// Close the browser window
await driver.quit();
}
})();
- driver.actions() creates an instance of the Actions class.
- move({ x: 0, y: 0 }) is used to position the mouse at coordinates (0, 0).
- sendKeys(Key.PAGE_DOWN) performs a mouse wheel scrolling action. You can replace Key.PAGE_DOWN with other keys or combinations according to your needs.
- sendKeys() is also used to input text into an input field. The inputField variable is a reference to the input field on the webpage, and sendKeys() is called to type text into it.
Make sure to replace the URL in driver.get('https://example.com') with the URL of the webpage you are working on, and adjust the CSS selector for the input field according to your webpage's structure.
Additionally, you may need to install the selenium-webdriver package if you haven't already:
npm install selenium-webdriver
On the PC you can use SOCKS5 proxies, for example, through the browser Firefox. There are such a function in the settings, you just need to activate it. The only nuance: the connection speed or ping indicators in this case may be slowed down.
In the browser settings, select "Open Browser Settings" and then, finding the "Advanced" button, go to the "System" section. Click on the button "Open proxy server settings for computer" and in the section "Manual proxy settings" move the slider to the position "On". Now enter in the appropriate fields the IP address, proxy, port and click "Save".
