It is necessary to go to "Settings", select "WiFi", then specify the network for which you want to disable the proxy. After that, tap on "Proxy settings" and check "Off". This option is valid for iOS version 10 and higher.

Qt primarily focuses on providing tools and libraries for GUI development, networking, and other application-level features. While it includes facilities for working with XML through classes like QXmlStreamReader and QXmlStreamWriter, these are more geared toward parsing XML rather than HTML.

To use a proxy with Telegram, you will need to configure the Telegram app to use the proxy server's IP address and port number. This can usually be done through the app's settings, under the "Data and Storage" or "Privacy and Security" section.

Enter the settings using the gear icon (home screen) and click on it. Under "Wireless Networks", click on "Wi-Fi" and then click on "WiredSSID" and select "Change Network". Check the "Advanced" checkbox, and then select "Manual" for the proxy server. Click "Save" and close the settings.

Click on the globe icon (settings panel) and open the IPoE tab. On the page that opens, select "ISP Broadband Connection". Switch the "Configure IP Settings" to "Manual" mode. After that, fill in the appropriate fields and press the "Apply" button. In the menu, under "Home network", find the "Computers" item and by clicking on the tab IPMP Proxy, uncheck the appropriate checkbox. Now find the "Components" item, install and activate the Proxy UDP HTTP utility and then update it. The next step is to click on "Home Network-Computers". In the window that appears, make the checkbox "Enable UPDXY server" active and enter the values required by the program. Then, after selecting the Broadband Connection as the communication channel, click on the "Apply" button.
