To check the quality of a proxy server, you can use one of the proxy checkers. There are a lot of them on the Internet. For example, hidemy.name. On the page of the checker you need to specify the IP-address and port of the required proxy server.
If you want to access Instagram data, consider using the Instagram Graph API. However, note that the Graph API has limitations and may not provide access to all public content.

In this example, we first create a method called press_keys that takes a driver instance, a locator tuple containing the locator strategy and locator value, and a keys_to_press string containing the keys to press. Inside the method, we use the WebDriverWait class to wait for the element to become visible and then clear the input field, send the keys to press, and simulate pressing the Enter key using the Keys.RETURN enumeration value.
In the test code, we set up the WebDriver, navigate to the target web page, and locate the input field using the locator variable. We then call the press_keys method with the driver, locator, and "your_username" as input. After pressing the keys, you can perform any additional actions as needed.
Remember to replace "https://www.example.com", "username", and "your_username" with the actual URL, input field ID or name, and the text you want to type into the input field.
The proxy domain most often refers to the IP address where the server is located. It can only "learn" the IP address of the user when processing the traffic. But in most cases it does not store such information later for security reasons.
Click on the three bars located in the upper right corner and click on "Settings". When the settings page appears in front of you, go down to the "System" section and click on "Proxy settings". In the window that appears, click on "Network settings" and then check the box next to "Use a proxy server for local connections". Now all you have to do is enter the IP address and port of the proxy server, and then save your changes.
