OSe OAuth Proxy

In Key Collector settings, the user can specify parameters of the proxy server through which the program will connect to the network. In the application window, first select "Settings", then go to the "Network" tab and check "Use proxy". Its parameters can be set either manually or through a configuration file.

The current version of Skype does not have built-in functionality to work with proxies. That is, it must be configured at the operating system level. The messenger is available for Linux, Windows, MacOS and mobile platforms.

A proxy for calls refers to a tool or service that acts as an intermediary between the caller and the recipient of the call. It can be used for various purposes, such as anonymity, security, or call routing. Some common types of proxy services for calls include:

1. Call forwarding: This is a service that allows incoming calls to be redirected to a different phone number, often used when the recipient is not available or unable to answer the call.

2. VoIP proxies: These are servers that facilitate voice over IP (VoIP) calls, allowing users to make and receive calls over the internet. VoIP proxies can be used for various purposes, such as hiding the caller's IP address or bypassing geographical restrictions.

3. Call masking: This is a service that hides the caller's phone number, allowing the caller to remain anonymous.

4. Call recording proxies: These are used to record incoming or outgoing calls, often used for quality assurance, training, or monitoring purposes.

5. Call routing proxies: These are used to route calls to different destinations based on specific criteria, such as time of day, location, or the caller's number.

In the Windows Settings menu, go to "Network and Internet". At the very bottom, on the left side, find the item "Proxy server" and uncheck it so that it is no longer used. It is also desirable to uncheck the item "Automatic detection of parameters" in the section "Automatic configuration". If this is not done, there is a chance that the proxy will continue to be used. Reboot your laptop.

The easiest option is to use ready-made online proxy checkers. For example, Hidemy.name, which shows the type of protocol used. Or you can simply run Speedtest - this will show you the bandwidth and response speed (ping).
