Before you change your proxy server, you should decide what kind of proxy you would like to install. There are a lot of choices, depending on your needs. Every buyer, when buying a proxy server, is given all the necessary information with the data for access - username and password, port, IP address. Without these data, you can't install and configure the proxy.

To set up a proxy on your computer, you need to go through a simple procedure. If we're talking about Windows 10, you'll first need to open the "Settings" application and the "Network and Internet" section. Here, after opening the "Proxy Server" tab, find the column "Manual proxy server setup" just to the right and move the switch to the "On" position. Enter the IP address and the proxy port in the specified fields and click "Save".

In Node.js, you can introduce delays in your scraping logic using the setTimeout function, which allows you to execute a function after a specified amount of time has passed. This is useful for implementing delays between consecutive requests to avoid overwhelming a server or to comply with rate-limiting policies.

Here's a simple example using the setTimeout function in a Node.js script:

• The urlsToScrape array contains the URLs you want to scrape. Adjust the delay time (delayBetweenRequests) based on your scraping needs.

Please note that introducing delays is crucial when scraping websites to avoid being blocked or flagged for suspicious activity.

Simply, in the connection properties of your PC or mobile device, you need to enter the data of the proxy server through which you will be connecting. In Windows, for example, this is done through "Settings", then "Network and Internet", and in the next window you should open the tab "Proxy server".

A proxy server is a kind of "mediator" between your equipment and a remote server (or the whole Internet). It can be used, for example, to swap your real IP address for another one, to bypass blocking. Proxies can also be actively used to intercept traffic (e.g. when testing created web applications).
