Our proxies work perfectly with all popular tools for web scraping, automation, and anti-detect browsers. Load your proxies into your favorite software or use them in your scripts in just seconds:
Connection formats you know and trust: IP:port or IP:port@login:password.
Any programming language: Python, JavaScript, PHP, Java, and more.
Top automation and scraping tools: Scrapy, Selenium, Puppeteer, ZennoPoster, BAS, and many others.
Anti-detect browsers: Multilogin, GoLogin, Dolphin, AdsPower, and other popular solutions.
Looking for full automation and proxy management?
Take advantage of our user-friendly PapaProxy API: purchase proxies, renew plans, update IP lists, manage IP bindings, and export ready-to-use lists — all in just a few clicks, no hassle.
PapaProxy offers the simplicity and flexibility that both beginners and experienced developers will appreciate.
And 500+ more tools and coding languages to explore
In video editing, the term "proxy" refers to the use of duplicate video with reduced resolution, which allows you to edit even on weak computers. The Adobe Premiere application itself does not allow you to set up a proxy connection.
In Android, you can load and parse XML using the XmlPullParser class provided by Android's org.xmlpull.v1 package. The following example demonstrates how to load and parse XML from a string resource in Android
Assuming you have an XML file (example.xml) in the res/xml directory with the following content:
- Item 1
- Item 2
- Item 3
Now, you can load and parse this XML file in an Android activity:
import android.app.Activity;
import android.content.res.XmlResourceParser;
import android.os.Bundle;
import android.util.Log;
import org.xmlpull.v1.XmlPullParser;
import org.xmlpull.v1.XmlPullParserException;
import java.io.IOException;
public class MainActivity extends Activity {
@Override
protected void onCreate(Bundle savedInstanceState) {
super.onCreate(savedInstanceState);
setContentView(R.layout.activity_main);
// Load and parse XML
parseXml();
}
private void parseXml() {
try {
// Get the XML resource parser
XmlResourceParser parser = getResources().getXml(R.xml.example);
int eventType = parser.getEventType();
while (eventType != XmlPullParser.END_DOCUMENT) {
if (eventType == XmlPullParser.START_TAG) {
// Check the name of the start tag
if ("item".equals(parser.getName())) {
// Get attributes
String id = parser.getAttributeValue(null, "id");
String text = parser.nextText();
// Process the data (in this example, print it)
Log.d("XML Parsing", "ID: " + id + ", Text: " + text);
}
}
eventType = parser.next();
}
} catch (XmlPullParserException | IOException e) {
e.printStackTrace();
}
}
}
In this example:
getResources().getXml(R.xml.example)
is used to obtain an XmlResourceParser
for the XML file (example.xml
).XmlPullParser
is used to iterate through the XML content, and when a start tag is encountered (XmlPullParser.START_TAG
), it checks for the tag name ("item" in this case) and retrieves attributes and text content accordingly.Remember to replace R.xml.example
with the actual resource ID for your XML file. This example assumes that the XML file is located in the res/xml
directory.
Also, ensure that the XML file is well-formed and follows the XML structure.
A proxy is responsible for forwarding traffic. Technically, it just copies the traffic and sends it to the Internet, but it also replaces various metadata (the type of equipment from which the request is sent, the port number, the IP address, and so on). Or it can be simply called a "mediator" in the computer network.
The provider, when the user uses a VPN, "sees" only the encrypted traffic, as well as the address of the remote server to which the request is sent. But it is impossible to determine which site the user is visiting and what data is being sent.
If your proxy gives you a 504 error, it means the server failed to complete the request within the time period you specified. Refreshing the page may help. Another option is to switch to another browser. You can also use the incognito mode, pre-clearing the browser cache. Pay attention to plug-ins that can also cause this error.
