All you need to know when using a web proxy is the address of the web site of the proxy server. A web proxy is like a browser built into a web page. Access tokens typically have an expiration time, so you may need to periodically refresh them using a refresh token or by repeating the authorization flow.

Open the Telegram app, and then go to "Settings. Find "Data and Drive", then tap "Proxy". Activate the "Use proxy" toggle switch, then select the desired option from the suggested list. The setting is successfully completed.
