HTTParty Proxy

To check if your computer uses a proxy-server, you just need to use any browser (Yandex Browser, Opera, Google Chrome). Then you need to follow the algorithm:

Start your browser.
Go to "Settings".
In the search box enter the query "proxy".
Click on "Proxy settings".
In the tab that opens, select "Network settings".
This will open a tab with the IP address and port of the proxy server, if it is used. If the function is disabled, the line will be empty, and the option itself is disabled.

If you can't proxy requests in Scrapy:

- Verify correct proxy configuration in Scrapy settings.
- Confirm proxy functionality with external tools.
- Check for typos or errors in your code and settings.
- Ensure proxy authentication details are correct.
- Test with a direct internet connection to isolate the issue.
- Check for IP blocking by the target website.
- Confirm proper configuration of the HttpProxyMiddleware.
- Use Scrapy logging to inspect requests and responses.
- Ensure your proxy supports HTTPS if needed.
- Test with a single, static proxy for simplicity.
- Keep Scrapy and dependencies up to date.
- Consider using middleware libraries like scrapy-rotating-proxies.

In the messenger settings, go to "Data and Drive". Click on "Proxy settings", and then, enabling the "Use proxy settings" tab, enter the server, port, username and password in the specially highlighted fields. If you are going to make settings in the Desktop version, you will need to go to the menu. There, in the "Connection method" item, click on "TSP via Socks5" and enter the required data.

Create the first profile by specifying its name and selecting the desired configuration. The configuration is a non-repeating combination of different versions of the operating system and browser. After setting the language, open the "Network" tab and select the type of proxy (socks5 or https). Now it remains only to fill in the data in the highlighted fields to complete the installation of the proxy.

Simply, in the connection properties of your PC or mobile device, you need to enter the data of the proxy server through which you will be connecting. In Windows, for example, this is done through "Settings", then "Network and Internet", and in the next window you should open the tab "Proxy server".
