Another option is to switch to another browser. You can also use the incognito mode, pre-clearing the browser cache. Pay attention to plug-ins that can also cause this error.

In the application window, first select "Settings", then go to the "Network" tab and check "Use proxy". Its parameters can be set either manually or through a configuration file.
