If Selenium is returning a blank page when you query it, there could be several reasons for this issue. Here are some common causes and solutions:

1. Timing Issues

Selenium might be trying to interact with the page before it has fully loaded. Ensure that you use explicit waits (WebDriverWait) to wait for the elements to be present, visible, or interactive before interacting with them.

8. Check for Captchas or Security Measures

Some websites use captchas or additional security measures that could interfere with automated scripts. Ensure that your script is not encountering captchas.

9. Web Page Structure Changes

Web pages are dynamic, and changes in the structure of the page might affect your script. Inspect the HTML source code of the page to ensure that your locators are still valid.

10. Logging

Add logging statements to your script to output information at different stages. This can help in identifying where the issue might be occurring.

11. Browser Version Compatibility

Ensure that your Selenium WebDriver version is compatible with the browser version you are using. Update your WebDriver if necessary.

To connect to the Internet through a proxy server, you need to configure your device to use the proxy server for your network connections. Here's how to do it for different operating systems:

For Windows:

1. Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog.
2. Type "inetcpl" (without quotes) and press Enter. This will open the Internet Properties window.
3. Click on the "Connections" tab.
4. Click on "LAN settings" in the bottom right corner.
5. In the "Proxy Server" section, select "Use a proxy server for your LAN" and enter the proxy server address and port number provided by your network administrator or proxy service.
6. Click "OK" and close the Internet Properties window.

For macOS:

1. Open System Preferences.
2. Click on "Network".
3. Select the network connection you are using (e.g., Wi-Fi, Ethernet).
4. Click on the "Proxy" tab.
5. Select "Web Proxy (HTTP)" from the "Proxy Settings" dropdown menu.
6. Enter the proxy server address and port number provided by your network administrator or proxy service.
7. Click "OK" and close the Network preferences.

Rotary proxies are proxies that cyclically change their real IP address. This is used to make it harder to track their location. The port usually changes as well. How this happens depends on the software used on the proxy server.

It is recommended to use third-party programs that allow redirecting all traffic through a proxy server. For example, ProxyDroid, EveryProxy. It is not possible to use proxies through the regular menu. Although in phones from some manufacturers such possibility has been added.

In Key Collector settings, the user can specify parameters of the proxy server through which the program will connect to the network. In the application window, first select "Settings", then go to the "Network" tab and check "Use proxy". Its parameters can be set either manually or through a configuration file.
