To specify the data of a proxy server in the Opera browser, you need to follow the algorithm below:

Open the browser.
Click on the Opera icon in the upper left corner.
Go to "Settings".

In the "Home network" tab, under "Computers", go to "IPMP Proxy" and turn off this function. Under "System", click on the gear symbol, and under "Components", specify the Proxy UDP HTTP utility and click "Refresh".
