All you need to know when using a web proxy is the address of the web site of the proxy server. A web proxy is like a browser built into a web page. Most often Yandex bans only public proxies that can be used by many users at the same time. The main reason for this is the high probability of cyber-attacks. Proxies are often used for DDoS, which means artificially overloading the server by sending a large number of requests to it every second.
