All you need to know when using a web proxy is the address of the web site of the proxy server. A web proxy is like a browser built into a web page. Usually, it always has a bar for entering the URL of the web site you want to open. In the ps4 settings, go to "Network" and click on "Establish an Internet connection". In the window that appears, select "How to connect to the network" and check your option: Wi-Fi or Lan. After that, under "Proxy Server", select "Use", enter the IP address, the port of the proxy server and press "Enter".
