In case you are engaged in Internet promotion, it is also advisable to use proxy servers for this purpose, allowing you to enter different sites safely. This solution will allow you to avoid blocking promoted accounts.

To scrape Binance courses data in Python, you can use web scraping libraries such as BeautifulSoup and requests. Here's an example using BeautifulSoup to scrape Binance courses

To disable the proxy in Microsoft Edge, follow these steps:

1. Open Microsoft Edge: Locate the Microsoft Edge application on your computer and click on its icon to launch the browser.

2. Click on the three-dot menu: In the upper right corner of the Edge window, click on the three horizontal dots to open the menu.

3. Select "Settings": From the menu, click on "Settings" to open the Settings pane.

4. Scroll down and click on "Privacy and services": In the Settings pane, scroll down and click on "Privacy and services" to expand the options.

5. Click on "VPN": Under the "Privacy and services" section, click on "VPN" to open the VPN settings.

5. Restart Edge: Close and reopen Microsoft Edge to apply the changes and ensure that the proxy is disabled.

A proxy server is a kind of "mediator" between your equipment and a remote server (or the whole Internet). It can be used, for example, to swap your real IP address for another one, to bypass blocking. Proxies can also be actively used to intercept traffic (e.g. when testing created web applications).

Technically, the ISP cannot block all VPN servers. But it is possible to block some of them. In this case, you can use any other VPN service. But you have to be careful with "free" ones, as they often make money from collecting and selling users' confidential data.
