To assign a proxy server to an Android or iOS access point, follow these steps:
Open the "Settings" section. Go to the "Wi-Fi" tab. Select your access point. Click on "Proxy". Use manual setup and specify the data of proxy. Save the settings.

FTP proxy designed to send data to FTP servers.
CGI proxy, which is used to browse web services in a browser. You do not need to configure any settings. All actions are performed anonymously. Often such proxies are designed in the form of a page where you have to specify the address of a desired site.
SMTP, POP3 and IMAP proxy are designed for sending and receiving email.
HTTP and HTTPS proxies are for scrolling web services.

In the main window of the program, select "Advanced", then "Options". In the "Basic" section, there is the "Proxy settings" item. Click on "Configuration" and enter the server address, port number, protocol type used and so on.
Open the "Settings" application via "Start" and go to "Network and Internet". Here, in the "Proxy" section, find the "Manual Proxy Configuration" column. Move the slider to "On" and carefully enter the IP address and port of the proxy, then click "Save".
Go to the settings (the icon in the form of three dots) and open the section "Settings". In the tab at the very bottom, click on "Advanced settings". Click on "Open proxy settings for computer" and in the window that appears, click on "Network settings". Find the line "Automatic detection of parameters", uncheck it, and then, in the section "Proxy", activate the option "Use a proxy server". Enter the proxy host and port in the appropriate fields, and then click "Apply".
